Hi! I am Susana Victoria Perez, and I am passionate about helping unlock people's hidden potential through our intuitive observation of their internal landscape. That's why I created embodyment. After observing people, including myself, who were disconnected from their bodies, holding onto trauma, and unable to tap into their innate potential, I developed a practice to help us reconnect with our body's intelligence. I bring a unique blend of expertise and experience in the field of mindfulness and embodiment, having trained extensively in trauma-informed somatic therapy and Somatic Experiencing®
